The negotiations on Ukraine are successful
Lengthy negotiations of the "Norman Four" on the settlement of the Ukrainian crisis, which lasted almost for 16 hours completed today in Minsk. At about 12:00 the Russian President Vladimir Putin, Francois Hollande, Petro Poroshenko, and the German Chancellor Angela Merkel went to journalists, and announced the results the first result. The Russian President Vladimir Putin announced that two documents were signed, Tass reports. "I have just signed the document of Minsk contact group, it is called a set of measures aimed at the implementation of the Minsk agreements", or something like that, " said Putin, as he could not mention the exact title of the document.
