The new Boyukshor-Pirshagi road should relieve the flow of cars in the suburbs of the capital
Baku/25.10.23/Turan: On Wednesday, the head of state signed an order on the design and construction of the Boyukshor-Pirshagi highway with a length of 12.7 km.; 4.7 million manats have been allocated to the State Agency of Highways for these purposes.
The new highway should relieve one of the busiest highways of the capital – the Zabrat Road, along which Baku residents go to dachas on the northern bank of the Absheron.
Judging by the length, the new highway will run from the Lake Boyukshor past the villages of Mammadli and Kurdakhany to Pirshagi. It will be twice as short as the current narrow road through Zabrat. The new highway will be six-lane. --02D--
