There is the threat of arrest Khadija Ismayilova

The submission was made by the bailiffs in her case. However, the judge rejected the idea, Turan was told by the lawyer Anar Gasimly.
According to him, the judge did not explain his decision, the result will be known after the attorney issue the text of document, therefore, the lawyer believes that there is still the threat of arrest of Ismailova.
Ismailova was sentenced to administrative punishment in the form of community service for 220 hours. This punishment she received for refusing to pay a fine of 400 manats for participating in a protest on January 26 in Baku.
The journalist believes that the fine she was appointed illegally, because she was realizing her constitutional right to freedom of assembly. On June 10 the punishment was replaced by a penalty of community service in the form of sweeping the streets. Ismailova agreed, saying that the punishment will turn into action under the slogan: "Let's clear the country of filth." After that, sweeping the streets was replaced by the work in the rehabilitation center.
However, to avoid provocation, Ismailova refused it . Last week, the bailiffs suddenly made a presentation on the suspension of the administrative proceedings against Ismailova. Now for not execution administrative punishment she can be imprisoned for up to three months. -16D06-
