Turkey and Azerbaijan Close Borders for Moving Citizens
Baku /14.03.20 /: Turan: Turkey and Azerbaijan will temporarily suspend the movement of citizens between the two countries as part of measures to combat the Corona Virus.
The corresponding decision was made during a telephone conversation between Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan and Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev, the Office of Communications of the Presidential Administration of Turkey said in a statement.
The leaders of the two countries decided to stop flights and close the land border for the movement of citizens. The restrictions do not apply to cargo transportation. -02D-
