Turkey ready to negotiate with Armenia if it opens Zangezur corridor - Erdogan
Baku/19.09.21/Turan: Turkey is ready for a dialogue with Armenia if it takes certain steps, namely, agrees to open the Zangezur transport corridor. This was stated on September 19 at a briefing in Ankara by Turkish President Erdogan.
In his words, the Armenian prime minister conveyed through the Georgian prime minister a proposal for a meeting with the aim of starting a dialogue.
"Whether or not to open a corridor is a political issue. If you (Pashinyan) are serious about negotiations with Erdogan, then certain steps need to be taken. We are not closed to negotiations and will hold them. If he is really sincere and shows this sincerity, a dialogue can be started. .
