Two employees of the French Embassy have been declared persona non grata
Baku/26.12.23/Turan: French Ambassador to Baku Anne Boillon was invited to the Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry on December 26.
According to the press service of the country's foreign ministry, it was brought to his attention that two employees of the French Embassy were declared persona non grata by the Government of Azerbaijan in connection with activities contrary to the Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations of 1961.
The Ambassador was handed a corresponding note demanding that these diplomats leave the territory of Azerbaijan within 48 hours. –1606B-
