Vafa Nagi Passes to Municipal Council of Khol Garagashly Village
Baku / 24.12.19 / Turan: The public activist Vafa Nagi, following the results of the vote count, passes to the municipal council of the village of Khol Garagashly of the Neftchala region.
According to preliminary data, she has scored 113 votes, showing the fourth result.
The vote count was broadcast online on the activist's Facebook page.
A total of 486 ballots were taken out of the ballot boxes, with 29 ballots declared invalid.
The fight for 9 seats was conducted by 30 candidates.
Nagi is a journalist and social activist. Recently, she has been actively involved in the women's rights movement.
The official results of the municipal elections will be announced by the CEC within 5 days.
