Visit of Commander of Azerbaijani Navy to Iran Postponed
The Azerbaijani Defense Ministry denied a report on the cancellation of the visit to Iran of the Commander of the Naval Forces of Azerbaijan, Vice Admiral Shahin Sultanov.
The visit has been only postponed, the report of the Defense Ministry said, and negotiations are under way to clarify the timing of the visit, which will still take place.
Yesterday the Iranian media reported that the Defense Ministry of Azerbaijan canceled Sultanov's visit to Iran, which was scheduled for the end of the current week. -16D04-
