Zohrab Mnatsakanyan New Foreign Minister of Armenia
Yerevan / 14.05.18 / Turan: On the proposal of Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, Zohrab Mnatsakanyan, who previously was Armenia's representative to the UN, was appointed the new Minister of Foreign Affairs of Armenia.
Zohrab Mnatsakanyan graduated from Moscow State Institute of International Relations in 1990 and has been at work in the Armenian Foreign Ministry since 1991. In 2011-2014 he held the post of Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs, and since 2014 - Permanent Representative of Armenia to the United Nations. -02D-

Independent journalist Khanum Mustafayeva was unable to leave Azerbaijan on January 11. At the Baku airport, she was told that the ban was imposed by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Azerbaijan. However, the reasons for restricting the journalist's rights were not explained to her.
