1,851 new cases of COVID-19 infection
Baku/16.08.21/Turan: 1851 new cases of coronavirus infection were detected in Azerbaijan, 402 people recovered, 17 died, the Operational Headquarters under the Cabinet of Ministers said on August 16.
Since the beginning of the pandemic, 369,853 people have been infected, including 339,327 recovered, 5,170 have died, treatment of 25,356 active patients continues. Over the past day, 9,695 tests have been carried out.
Also, 251 doses of vaccines were made per day; 206 people received the first dose, 45 - the second. The total number of vaccinations was 5 794 483 doses.
