2,372 new cases of COVID-19 infection per day
Baku/11.09.21/Turan: In Azerbaijan, over the past day, 2,372 new cases of coronavirus infection were detected, 4,211 patients recovered, 34 died, the Operational Headquarters under the Cabinet of Ministers said on September 11.
To date, 457,416 cases of COVID-19 infection have been identified in the country, including 405,511 people have recovered, 6,065 have died.
Treatment of 45,840 active patients continues.
Over the past day, 16,215 tests have been carried out in the country.
Also, over the past day, 64,520 people have been vaccinated against COVID-19.
The number of people vaccinated with the first dose was 23,286, with the second - 41,234.
The total number of vaccinations in Azerbaijan was 7,557,554. The first dose of the vaccine was received by 4,488,930, two doses - 3,068,624 people.-06B-
