At the same time, the strength of the north-western wind reached 26 m/s in Agdam, 25 m/s in Gobustan, 24 m/s in Terter, 23 m/s in Naftalan, 22 m/s in Dashkesan, 20 m/s in Sheki, Mingachevir and Goychay.
