Baku/20.07.22/Turan: During a special operation, employees of the Main Directorate for Combating Drugs of the Ministry of Internal Affairs detained Seymur Huseynov, a resident of the Yevlakh region. In this case, 78 kg of drugs and psychotropic substances were seized from illegal circulation, the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs said in a statement.
It was established that Huseynov received drugs on the territory of the village of Araz Dilagard in the Fuzuli region. When delivering drugs to Yevlakh, he was detained; 78 kg of drugs were found in his car: 47 kg of heroin, 26 kg of marijuana, 4 kg of methamphetamine, 1 kg of opium and 500 methadone tablets. The drugs were sent by a foreign drug dealer, the report said. In fact, a criminal case has been launched.
Investigation is ongoing to establish Huseynov's criminal connections in the country and abroad. --05D06--
