A lawsuit against falsifiers of medical certificates
Baku/11.06.21/Turan: A lawsuit has been filed against officials of ƏSR LLC and Arkan Tour for issuing false certificates of passing a coronavirus test.
According to the press service of the General Prosecutor's Office, in order to organize tourist trips to St. Petersburg by flights from Ganja, passengers were given fake certificates of a negative coronavirus test on behalf of the “Oxygen” and “Leyla Medical Center” medical institutions for money.
The lasuit has been filed against the officials of these firms under the Articles of the Criminal Code 308.1 (abuse of office) and 320.1 (falsification of documents). — 03D06-

As part of the struggle against illegal migration in Baku city, operative actions were carried out at different addresses. The Interior Ministry reports that employees of the Department for Combating Illegal Migration identified and detained 34 foreigners without documents giving the right to reside and stay on the territory of Azerbaijan.
