The explosion took place on September 8 at 6:30 a.m. in an apartment on the second floor of a building inhabited with people displaced from Gubadli region. During the rescue from the rubble were removed eight people. Inpatient treatment of seven people continues, another was released after the medical examination.
Three people remained under the concrete slabs: Abbasov Ifayat born in 1968, Abbasov Maharat born in 1978, and Abbasova Aidan, born in 2003.
The prosecutor's office and Ministry of Emergency Situations set up an investigation group, conducted investigations, and assigned examination.
Taking into account the serious consequences, the investigation was assigned on the Investigation Department of the Serious Crimes Unit of the General Prosecutor's Office of Azerbaijan, reads the information.—06D-
