"Taking into account the seriousness of the issue, a special headquarters has been created to ensure the safety of citizens in the Executive Power of the Sabail District," the statement said.
The specialists determined the landslide area, the addresses of the buildings in the specified territory and the number of people living there. "A special plan for the evacuation and accommodation of people has been prepared, places for temporary accommodation of citizens have been identified in case of such a need," the press release reads.
