A suspect in the case of an 11-year-old girl is detained
Baku/01.11.21/Turan: A suspect in connection with the birth of a child by 11-year-old girl in the Imishli region was detained. Prosecutor General Kamran Aliyev stated this to journalists today. According to him, immediately after the receipt of information about the birth of a minor child, a criminal case was initiated.
The identity of the suspect in having sexual intercourse with a minor was promptly established, and he was detained. The issue of bringing a specific criminal charge against him will be decided on the basis of the available evidence, the prosecutor said. –06D-
