In August, the average climatic temperature will be close to the norm, in some places it will be slightly higher, according to forecasters. Precipitation also will be sometimes a little more than normal.
In Baku and Absheron average temperature will be +26 +28 degrees , sometimes reaching +35 degrees.
In Nakhchivan average temperature will be +25 +28 degrees, and on some days - will be+ 41 degrees.
In general, in the areas of the country the average temperature will range from +27 to +35, and in the central lowlands – up to +40 degrees. Rainfall in most locations will be within the normal range or slightly above. -04D-

On January 7, President Ilham Aliyev signed a decree increasing the salaries of employees in several organizations funded by the state budget. According to the decree, the monthly salaries of managerial and other employees in around 20 institutions (including the Presidium, Apparatus, and Ganja Branch of the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences, and the Heydar Aliyev Center) will increase by an average of 15% starting January 1, 2025.
