Ali Huseynli: We need a new circus and foreign teachers
Azerbaijan needs a new building for the State Circus and updated state film studio to increase the patriotic spirit of the population, said t a meeting of parliament on Thursday, Ali Huseynli, head of the committee on legal policy and state-building.
During the discussions of the draft budget, he said that it is also necessary to return to school lessons of military training and sports tests. All this must necessarily be considered in admission of students to universities, said Huseynli.
"In Soviet times people passed GTO norms, similar standards have been adopted in European countries, but Azerbaijan, for some reason, has forgotten the sport education of youth. Parks also should be used for the development of physical culture, the first signs of this are on Baku Boulevard," said the deputy.
According to Huseynli, Soviet leaders deliberately did not develop winter tourism in Azerbaijan, while Armenia and Georgia build facilities for the winter holidays. In today's Azerbaijan we have winter recreation centers - "Shahdag" and "Tufan". We need to continue this construction, he said.
Referring to the scientific sphere, Huseynli reported on the work of deputies on the draft law "On Science", and suggested to invite foreign teachers "to improve the effectiveness of training in universities of Azerbaijan." -02D-

Many, recognizing the futility of resistance, settle for inadequate monetary compensation for their irreplaceable property. A minority, placing faith in the Housing Code, demand fair compensation from construction companies but often lose everything—both their homes and any form of recompense.
