The money from the Reserve Fund of the head of state are allocated to the executive power of the Shamakhi region for the restoration of housing. The Interior Ministry reports that employees of the Department for Combating Illegal Migration identified and detained 34 foreigners without documents giving the right to reside and stay on the territory of Azerbaijan.
