ANAMA Director at NATO Headquarters
The head of the Azerbaijan National Agency for Mine Action (ANAMA) Nazim Ismailov, November 7-8, made a visit to NATO headquarters in Brussels.
As reported by the Mission of Azerbaijan to NATO, Ismailov made a presentation at a meeting of the Euro-Atlantic Partnership Council at NATO.
He spoke about the projects ANAMA, including work on clearing mines and unexploded ordnance in Jeyranchol steppes in the west of the country.
During the event was announced the second phase of the mine clearance in the Jeyranchol steppe.
During the visit, Ismailov took part in the division of NATO integration, partnerships and operational management, and met at the offices of a number of countries in NATO. -03D06-
