By order of the President, Anar Alekperov was appointed Director of Heydar Aliyev Center.
Note that so far Alekperov has worked as CEO of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation, and the assistant to Mehriban Aliyeva at the center.
Anar Alekperov is the son of Sahib Alekperov, Deputy Minister of Taxes.
In Soviet times, Sahib Alekperov was the first secretary of Communist Youth of Azerbaijan. -02D-
