Another eviction of residents in the village of Bailov
Residents of a nine- storey building on the Mikail Mushfig 15 Street in Sabail district ( the village of Bailov) held a press conference in IRFS. According to the resident Arzu Babayeva, in November 2013 the Ministry of Emergency Situations reported the disrepair of home. However, residents were not shown the Act. According to her , the Act was based on "visual inspection." Similar "Acts" were composed on the eve of "Eurovision" contest in 2012.
Since then, the representatives of the executive power of Sabail district constantly come and demands from tenants to leave the building. In addition, the police also makes pressure on them. Unknown people come into empty apartments and destroy walls, thus creating visibility of unsuitability of the building.
The roof of the building has been demolished. If it rains, the apartments on the 9th floor will be flooded. The tenants appeal to various courts due to lawlessness , but in vain.
Representatives of the executive Sabail district threaten to block water, gas and electricity , if tenants do not leave.
According to the residents , they offer compensation in the amount of 1,500 manats per one square meter of housing, but residents do not agree. They want to get a house in the same area.
A lawyer of the tenants Emin Abbasov appealed to the Baku Administrative-territorial Court N1 with request to protect the rights of citizens. The trail has been scheduled for March 13. -05C04-
