After at the last trial the judge Alovsat Abbasov evicted from the hall main accused, the leader of the “Muslim unity” Movement Thale Bagirzade, the remaining 15 defendants staged a protest, refusing to participate in the trial. Therefore, today, only judges and lawyers were in the hall.the lawyers expressed dissatisfaction, saying that they cannot work in the absence of the accused. The judge recommended lawyers to communicate with the accused in custody. This angered the relatives of the defendants, who had left the room, and the judge threatened not to let them to the trial any more. Another skirmish between the judge and lawyers occurred when the judge began to read the investigation materials. The defense believes the judge violated the procedural rules, without hearing the views of the parties on each submitted document. Then the lawyers said, that will be served a written complaint to the judge, and added that the defendants have refused their services and they can not participate in the trial. The judge scheduled the next hearing for 19 December.-36 / 16D-
