Another suspect in the shooting of three people in Zagatale is arrested
Baku/09.12.13/Turan : Employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Prosecutor General's Office arrested Badalov Rahim Rasim oglu, another suspect of involvement in an armed incident in Zagatala on November 24.
On November 24 the driver of VAZ -07 fired in the village of Tala Yukhary a car Hyundai Elantra, which killed a resident of Balakan region Kamil Huseynov, Baku residents Vasif Jafarov and Vugar Rajabov, and another resident Balakan region Vusal Aligaev was wounded and hospitalized.
In the case were previously arrested Samir Osman , Vugar Laidjev, Sabir Ottomans, Royal Saramanov, Parviz Garayev, Vusal Aligayev, Aydin Sayilov, and Omar Orujov.
They were charged under the following Articles of the Criminal Code 120.2.1 (murder by prior conspiracy by organized group of persons); 120.2.2 , 120.2.7 (murder of two or more persons); and 228.2.1 (illegal possession of firearms) and remanded arrest.
The investigation continues in the Investigation Department of the Attorney General for Serious Crimes , and measures are taken to establish and bring to justice the other participants in the crime , the press service of the General Prosecutor Office.—06D16--
