A preliminary hearing on the appeal against the sentence on the young activist Giyas Ibrahim has been appointed in Baku Appeal Court on December 13. The case will be considered by judges chaired by Vugar Mammadov, the lawyer Elchin Sadigov said. According to him, the defense will insist on acquittal.
