The Central Bank left unchanged the dollar rate on 8 December at the level 1.7369 manats. Despite the fact that commercial banks have a 4% margin, for the third week majority of banks do not sell foreign currency. On the black market, the dollar is bought and sold by 8-10 qepik more expensive than the official rate. -71D-
