On the night of January 3, the Azerbaijani Armed Forces made two attempts to sabotage the south and east towards the contact line, reported in the morning of January 3 press service of the Defense Ministry.
Incidents were recorded at 03:15. In a shootout with the Armenian side, two soldiers, Karen Grigoryan and Vardan Mkrtchyan, were killed, and one soldier, Vladimir Harutyunyan, was wounded. Last night, three earthquakes occurred along the Armenia-Azerbaijan border with magnitudes of 4.8, 3.0, and 3.8, according to the Republican Center for Seismological Service of the National Academy of Sciences of Azerbaijan. The Ministry of Emergency Situations reported no information about any destruction or casualties as a result of the earthquakes.
