ASAN System Transferred Functions of Public Utilities
By the decree of the Head of State on May 4, centers ASAN Communal will be created in order to optimize the control and transparency of public services.
ASAN Communal centers will provide services to individuals and legal entities on the basis of existing standards of the ASAN service and will have single management.
In particular, the centers ASAN Communal will take telephone or Internet applications of citizens and respond to them; ensure the implementation of payments for utilities and other payments through banks and so forth.
JSC Azerishyg, JSC Azersu and Azerigaz of SOCAR have been instructed to take measures to ensure the services in the centers ASAN Communal. In particular, the above mentioned organizations should provide ASAN Communal with the necessary manpower, technical and information resources, ensure the outsource of their customer service functions to the centers ASAN Communal, and to finance the costs associated with the provision of these services in these centers. -02D-
