During the trial the judge dismissed the application of  Mayil Bayramov, put forward at the previous meeting by the accused,  Agha Ali Yahyaev, who asked to return his personal car. The judge said that the issue would be resolved at the end of the trial in the final verdict. Yahyaev said that he needs machine now  to sell it  and pay for the operation of his child with a heart defect. The judge recommended to apply to the Ministry of Health.

In response, the defendant said that he  had appealed to the Ministry of Health and the Heydar Aliyev Foundation, but in vain. The behavior of the judge caused outrage among the accused. "Keep a fight with me, not my child," Yahyaev said.

Then Nahid Qahramanov gave  testimony. According to him, the two police officers during the raid  on 26 November, 2015 in Nardaran  were killed  by their colleagues. "Killed police officer Ismail was a believer, and before the operation he called Zulfugar Mikailov (involved in the "Nardaran case-3”) and asked to pray for him and not to fight against the believers," Gahramanov said. On December 2, he came to the funeral of  Bunyadov brothers killed during the operation. The next day he was detained there. According to him Gahramanov,  in the Main Directorate for Combating Organized Crime (MDCOC) he was tortured with stun.  First they demanded from him to admit getting 2 million from Iran to overthrow the government in Azerbaijan. Then, they made him  give evidence that money were received from the United States, and Thale Bagirzade was associated with the National Council of Democratic Forces.

According  to Gahramanov personally Chief of the  MDCOC  demanded  from him to sign a false confession, threatening otherwise that he will not leave the agency alive.

Gahramanov was  beaten with a truncheon, a bag was put on his head, for two days  he was kept in a dark room, and  for two months he was not allowed to meet with his lawyer.

Another accused, a resident of Nardaran,  Amran Aliyev, said that he was detained along with three sons and a nephew. To prevent the arrest of young people, he signed a confession. At the same time, he said he did not know the Latin alphabet and did not read what is written in his testimony.

An elderly man said that the lawyer did not come up to him and the term of arrest was  extended without a lawyer. He had never seen and did not know Thale Bagirzade, and did not participate in his sermons, according to the investigation.
