Attorney General on the case of Rafael Jabrailov
Baku/01.10.19/Turan: The case of deputy Rafael Jabrailov is still being considered in court in the framework of civil law. If the court considers that there is evidence of fraud in the case, the prosecutor's office will files a criminal investigation against him, stated today the prosecutor general Zakir Garalov in an interview with reporters.
He indicated that Jabrailov wrote a statement on the refusal of the deputy mandate and his powers would be terminated after the decision of the CEC.
Garalov also touched on the case of the former PFPA deputy chairman Fuad Gahramanli, saying that some NGO appealed to the prosecutor's office to investigate Gahramanly"s violence against his wife and daughter.
"Of course, first of all, it is necessary to study the official position of the victims - the wife and young daughter of the former deputy chairman of the Popular Front Party, after which a decision will be made within the framework of the law," Garalov said. -05D06--.
