"It is necessary to educate society and make certain changes to the legislation,” Babayev said.
According to the report of the State Committee of Azerbaijan on Family, Women and Children: “On ensuring gender equality (men and women)” in 2022, out of 122,846 born in the country, 64,940 were boys, and 57,906 were girls. The difference between the sexes was 7,034 people.
