The Azerbaijani side returned the Armenian citizen Sarkis Ananyan , who was detained a month ago when crossing the border illegally, to Armenia.
The transfer took place near the village of Bala Jafarli in Gazakh, informs the State Commission on Prisoners of War, Hostages and Missing People.
The process was carried out by the State Commission and the Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan through the International Committee of the Red Cross. -16D06-
