Baku/09.03.23/Turan: Azerbaijani citizen Safarli Farid Gabil oglu has gone missing in Iran.
On February 20, a young man living in Germany left for Iran and since March 4 he stopped contacting, his mother Dilara Askerova said. She believes that her son was detained in Iran.
Safarli was supposed to return to Germany on March 5, but since the March 4th his mobile phone has been disconnected and there is no information about his fate.
Proceedings on the fact are ongoing, the Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry informed Turan. --16B--
