A conscript Eshgin Guliyev was killed by gunfire from the Armenian side on February 6, the press service of the Defense Ministry reported.
By the order of the Minister of Defense Zakir Hasanov, Guliyev was posthumously awarded the Third Degree Medal for merits in his military service. -03D04-

The Interior Ministry reports that employees of the Department for Combating Illegal Migration identified and detained 34 foreigners without documents giving the right to reside and stay on the territory of Azerbaijan.
