According to the same source, the accused, whose name is not called, tried to smuggle goods from Turkey to Georgia. Unidentified gold, he hid in a hiding place, located in his car. The lawsuit was filed under the Article "violation of the rules related to the movement of goods across the customs border of Georgia committed in an especially large amount", which is punishable by imprisonment for 5 to 7 years.
