Bakhtiyar Hajiyev detained once again
Baku/22.08.22/Turan: Public activist Bakhtiyar Hajiyev was detained by the police on Monday at about 13:00, human rights activist, co-founder of the "Line of Protection" organization Zaur Akper said.
Hajiyev himself, a few minutes before his arrest, managed to publish a 2-second video in which his cry is heard: "I say, let go!".
Bakhtiyar Hajiyev has been detained more than once over the past year due to criticism of the Interior Ministry and personally Minister Vilayat Eyvazov.
Details of today's incident are not yet clear. The Interior Ministry gave no explanations.—06B-
