Baku City Executive Power Guilty of Damaged Buildings at 2 Subhi Street
The executive power of the Khazar district of Baku dissociated itself from the problem of the multiblock nine-floor residential building at 2 Subhi Street in the Buzovna settlement.
The Executive Power readdressed the issue to the executive power of the capital. In the letter sent to the agency Turan, it indicated that the building is on the balance of the First Special Economic Housing and Communal Association of Municipal Housing and Economic Department of Baku City.
Unfortunately, the chief executive of the capital Hajibala Abutalibov again broke the law and did not respond to the request from the information agency under the Laws on Freedom of Information and the Media. But Turan IA has learned that facing the building by public funds involved the company Azimport Ltd, which has not completed its work.
The agency wrote about the ill-fated matter on December 7 (http://contact.az/docs/2015/Social/120600139072ru.htm#.Vm1-l0qLTIU), but no action to remedy the situation followed. In connection with this, Turan will contact the relevant authorities to bring to justice those responsible for the completion of the renovation of the building at 2 Subhi Street and the damage caused to the residents and the state. -0-
