On 23-24 November Baku hosts the third qualifying round of the international rally GT3.
In this regard, the authorities limited traffic on the entire Avenue Neftchilar until Flag Square. Additionally, they blocked traffic on the area of Section 20 up to the 14th km of the Baku-Salyan highway.
The Baku traffic police reported that passenger transport will move on bypass paths from the metro stations Icherisheher, Sahil, Elmler Akademiyasi as well Azneft Square and Samad Vurgun Park. Police urged citizens not to use private transport.
The competition involves 14 teams from different countries in 30 cars of GT Class.
The finals of the competition will be held on the 24th of November. -16D-

Later, other "witnesses" claimed it wasn't a whale, but a shark. Even later, a version emerged suggesting it was a submarine.
