Baku / 14.03.18 / Turan: During the investigation conducted by the Bar Association, the facts of illegal use of the name "lawyer" by individuals and legal entities were established. In order to avoid such abuses, the Presidium of the Bar Association registered such official notions and names as lawyer, legal advice, Bar of Azerbaijan, Azerbaijan Barrister Association, Board of Lawyers of the Republic of Azerbaijan, etc.
The use of these names by persons who are not lawyers will be punished by administrative and criminal liability measures
From April 1, the Bar will investigate the existence of such facts and, if established, take measures provided for by law. This is stated in the message of the Bar Association. -06D-

As part of the struggle against illegal migration in Baku city, operative actions were carried out at different addresses. The Interior Ministry reports that employees of the Department for Combating Illegal Migration identified and detained 34 foreigners without documents giving the right to reside and stay on the territory of Azerbaijan.
