In order to avoid such abuses, the Presidium of the Bar Association registered such official notions and names as lawyer, legal advice, Bar of Azerbaijan, Azerbaijan Barrister Association, Board of Lawyers of the Republic of Azerbaijan, etc.
The use of these names by persons who are not lawyers will be punished by administrative and criminal liability measures
From April 1, the Bar will investigate the existence of such facts and, if established, take measures provided for by law. This is stated in the message of the Bar Association. -06D-
