Before the speech of H.Ismailova in the European Parliament the lights was turned off
On Monday, at about 16:00, 15 minutes before the hearing in the European Parliament on the human rights situation in Azerbaijan, in Baku, was cut off electricity and the Internet of the journalist Khadija Ismailova, who was to join as a speaker, to participants in the discussions on Skype. The announcement about it appeared on Ismailova page to Facebook. Hearing is dated to the visit of Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev in Brussels. Ismailova is serving her sentence of deprivation of liberty and on this basis, the authorities have banned her from leaving the country.-16D—
