Kənan (Basqal) Zeynalov
Baku/06.10.23/Turan: Bodyguard of the chairman of the Party of People's Front of Azerbaijan (PPFA) on a voluntary basis Kenan Zeynalov was arrested administratively for 25 days.
As the PPFA told Turan, plainclothes officers detained Zeynalov on October 5 and took him to the 33rd branch of the Surakhani district police department. A protocol under Article 535.1 (non-subordination to the police) was made in line with the Code of Administrative Misconduct. After that, the activist was taken to the Surakhani district court, which arrested him for 25 days.
The PPFA called Zeynalov's arrest "political". It was not possible to get comments from the Interior Ministry. -03B-
