Brutal Murder of a Cardiologist Revealed
The body of a resident of Baku Jaavid Hamishaev, born in 1977 was found in Apartment No. 8, House N 92 in Hasan Aliyev Street in the Narimanov district of the capital yesterday. On the body of the murdered there were found 19 stab wounds. The deceased was a cardiologist.
As stated in the joint statement of the Interior Ministry and Prosecutor General's Office, on the fact a criminal case was initiated under Article 120.2.1 and 120.2.5 of the Criminal Code (Group Murder for Financial Gain). The case is in the Narimanov District Prosecutor's Office.
In hot pursuit, as suspects of the murder, Turkan Bagirli, Yassin Arabov and Keroglu Mammadov were arrested. During the interrogation, they confessed to the murder of Hamishaev for profit. -16d04-
