Bus accident involving with builders of Kolin company
Baku/07.02.22/Turan: On Sunday February 6 an accident involving a bus with builders of the Kolin company occurred on the Fizuli-Shusha road in the Khojavand region. As a consequence, 22 people in the bus were injured, said the Interior Ministry.
The injured were hospitalized, 16 of them were taken to Baku.
Eleven people are Turkish citizens, the condition of two of them is serious. Others were placed in the Fizuli region hospital, the Health Ministry said Monday.
Note that Kolin company refused to comment.
In turn, the Road Transport Agency reported that the cause of the accident, according to preliminary data, was the loss of control over the bus by the driver. The accident occurred at a turn into one of the tunnels on a road under construction.
Turkish company Kolin is a major construction firm which implements infrastructure projects in the liberated territories of Azerbaijan. In particular, it builds roads, tunnels and bridges. -02B-
