A resident of Mingachevir Andrei Rybkin, who threatened to blow up a gas station in the settlement Goran in the Goranboy region, has been detained.
As the website of the Ministry of Interior reported, on January 1 Rybkin arrived in a car VAZ-2107 at the gas station and had the car’s tank filled with 30 liters of petrol, and then refused to pay. After threatening to blow up the station, he left. During search operations, police of Goranboy detained Rybkin. -16D-
