Citizen of Armenia is detained in Tovuz
Armenian citizen of 20-22 years was detained on the frontline in Tovuz region, according to Secretary of State Commission of Azerbaijan on Prisoners of War , Hostages and Missing Persons Shahin Sailov. According to him, it is not clear whether the detainee is civilian or military.
Sailov said the Armenian was detained near the railroad, and is being taken to Baku. He speaks only Armenian language, therefore will be questioned only on March 8.
This is the second arrest of a civilian from Armenia, who came to the territory of Azerbaijan through the line of contact. In late January a 70-year-old Armenian, Khojayan, was detained, and then returned to Armenia with mediation of the Red Cross.-03D06-
