CNN TV Presenter Included in Black List of Azerbaijan
Baku / 26.10.17 / Turan: The presenter of a show on the American CNN TV channel, chef cook Anthony Burden has been included in the list of undesirable persons for his visiting the occupied territories of Azerbaijan.
The Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry spokesperson Hikmet Hajiyev stated that Burden has been included in the "black list" "for showing disrespect to the territorial integrity and sovereignty of Azerbaijan and violation of the Azerbaijani legislation."
"We regret that Anthony Burden has turned into a propaganda tool to justify and conceal the fact of the occupation of Azerbaijani lands by Armenia. The preparation of a show program on cooking in the occupied territories is a disrespect to one million Azerbaijani internally displaced persons forcibly expelled from their lands," Hajiyev said.
He called the shooting of the show program on the territories that were subjected to ethnic cleansing an immoral act.
Burden himself wrote on Facebook about visiting the Azerbaijani town of Shusha occupied by the Armenian troops for his TV show Anthony Burden: Unknown Places. -03D--
