Construction Company illegally sold objects
Baku / 03.06.20 / Turan: The General Directorate for Combating Corruption under the Prosecutor General’s Office is investigating the illegal actions of the founders of the Konstra Housing Construction Cooperative.
According to the investigation, the construction company Konstra MTK illegally sold 143 apartments and 345 square meters of non-residential area and 13 garages in a multi-storey residential building under construction at the address: Mohsun Sanani Street, 13/15, Narimanov District of Baku (Pearl of the City residential complex).
The owners of Kontra MTK consciously forged official documents and fraudulently sold these objects.
A criminal case has been instituted on the facts under the Articles: 178.3.2 (fraud with great damage), 308.1 (abuse of position) and 313 (forgery of documents) of the Criminal Code. This is stated in the press service of the Prosecutor General. -02D-

The Interior Ministry reports that employees of the Department for Combating Illegal Migration identified and detained 34 foreigners without documents giving the right to reside and stay on the territory of Azerbaijan.
