Coronavirus statistics remain low

Filming within a polling station without the citizen's consent may be stopped. According to local media reports, this issue was discussed by Mazahir Panahov, the Chairman of the Central Election Commission (CEC), on February 1.

On February 4, the weather in Baku  will be changeable, with no precipitation. There will be fog in some areas in the morning and evening. A moderate southwest wind will blow. The air temperature at night will be between +4°C and +7°C, and during the day, it will range from +8°C to +13°C. The humidity will be 70-80%.

Variable cloudiness, with occasional overcast skies and no precipitation will be in Baku and Absheron  Peninsular. At night and in the morning, fog and light drizzle are expected in some areas. A southeast wind will shift to a northwest wind by the evening. The air temperature will be +1 to +6°C at night and +8 to +11°C during the day, according to the National Hydrometeorological Service of Azerbaijan’s Ministry of Ecology.
