On February 17 near the Heydar Aliyev Center, a citizen Shahin Baylarov smashed a police BMW car standing beside the road with a hammer.
Several police officers detained Baylarov and took him to the police. A criminal case was filed under article 221 (hooliganism).
According to police, drugs were seized on the detainee. The detainee will be held a psychiatric examination.
Note that the cause of the aggressive behavior of the detainee is not explained. According to unofficial data, Baylarov had a conflict with the traffic police. -03B-

On Tuesday, the General Prosecutor's Office announced the initiation of new criminal cases against agricultural product exporters who allegedly concealed their earnings abroad.
